The Proceeds of Crime Front-line Policing (POC-FLP) Grant repurposes funds forfeited during criminal prosecutions and helps local police fight gun and gang crime, human trafficking and sexual violence.

911 is the telephone number that provides direct access to police, fire and medical assistance and initiates a coordinated response using this system. Simply put, your E-911 address sign lets emergency responders know where to find you. Thus, it is important that your E-911 sign is clearly visible on your property from all directions.

Provincial Money for TBPS and Shuniah

Money for TBPS and Shuniah $6 Million to Boost the Fight Against Crime

TORONTO, ONTARIO ~~~~  August 6, 2020  (LSN)  The Ontario government is investing more than $6 million over the next three years to help combat crime and build safer communities. The Proceeds of Crime Front-Line Policing Grant will be made available to 16 police services across the province to implement 21 crime prevention and community safety initiatives that help fight gun and gang violence, human trafficking, and sexual violence and harassment. The grant is supported with funds forfeited to the province during criminal prosecutions.
