Sudden Death | Thunder Bay 2019

THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO  ~~~~  October 15, 2021  (LSNews)  A concerned citizen phoned Thunder Bay Police yesterdayp, Thursday October 14,2022 shortly after 1:30pm regarding a suspicious BMW at a known drug selling location of 36 Cumberland Street South.

Hardworking TBPS Officers arrived and spotted the gray BMW. But there was no one in it.

Officers patiently waited and spotted 2 black males entering the vehicle. They drove north then turned left on Red River Road.

TBPS Officers followed and observed the BMW turn right on Court Street without signalling and it narrowly missed hitting a pedestrian. The BMW slammed on the brakes and the pedestrian jumped out of the way.

Police initiated a traffic stop outside of 17 Court Street North and after an investigation, they believed the driver to be under the influence of drugs.

The driver, a 26 year old ANDREW STEFAN BANDORA of North York was criminally charged with:

  • -impaired driving by drugs
  • -dangerous driving

BANDORA was held overnight at Balmoral Police Station and appeared by phone in Bail Court this morning, Friday October 15,2021 before Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Jennifer Neill

The Provincial Crown Attorney agrees to release BANDORA on a $1000 cash deposit & $500 no deposit bail.

BANDORA tells the court he is a “businessman” and only has $500 cash on him. But his “business” partner has more cash.

BANDORA’S “business” partner Jevon Simons was ready and waiting at the courthouse with the $1000 cash.

BANDORA was released with conditions and has another court appearance on November 9,2021

TBPS Media Relations Coordinator Scott Paradis never told the public about this “businessman”

In fact, Scott Paradis doesn’t tell the public much despite being paid by taxpayers
